The U.S. Copyright office has published the terms of the 4 agreements between Soundexchange and webcasters in relation to the amount of royalties due for use of music online.The agreements set forth rates and terms for commercial webcasters (e.g. Sirius XM Radio, Inc., Pandora, etc. ), public radio (e.g. Corporation for Public Broadcasters, NPR, etc. ), noncommercial webcasters (e.g. Northwestern College, or your local college radio station), and noncommercial educational webcasters (e.g. College Broadcasters, Inc., etc.).
