Digital Music Antitrust Lawsuit against.....Apple?
A class action lawsuit has been filed in California District Court against Apple Computers by resident Stacie Somers. The suit alleges unfair business practices in Apples ITunes DRM restrictions to Ipods and Apple produced hardware.
